Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched for shipment.

  • Reason for Cancellation

Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

In such cases, you may need to wait until the order is delivered and, if applicable, request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation by BuyGenMeds

BuyGenMeds reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The requested product is out of stock.
  • Payment authorization fails or cannot be verified.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided.
  • A pricing or technical error occurs on the website.
  • The order violates applicable laws or our Terms & Conditions.
  • The product cannot be shipped to the destination country due to legal or regulatory restrictions.

If we cancel your order for any of the above reasons, you will be notified, and any eligible payment received will be refunded.

Cancellation Charges

If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund may be issued.

However, depending on the payment method or the stage of order processing, the following charges may be deducted where applicable:

  • Other non-recoverable processing costs

No cancellation fee will be charged if BuyGenMeds cancels the order due to product unavailability or an issue on our end.

Changes to Your Order

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request changes such as:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Correcting contact information
  • Modifying product quantities
  • Replacing a product with another available item

Once an order has entered the shipping process, modifications may no longer be possible.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled.

If the customer refuses delivery or does not complete customs clearance, any refund, if applicable, will be evaluated only after the package is returned to us. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
